How to Book/Condo Availability

To see if our Condo is available for the dates you need, please click on the calendar. If the dates you desire are available, please fill out and submit the form below and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that by filling out the form you’re not confirming a reservation, but simply checking for availability. 

• After you are notified that the dates you requested are available, you will receive a booking form from us.

• Fill out and fax back signed form to 240-363-7525. Mail original agreement along with $200 deposit to the address listed on the rental agreement. We require a credit card number to act as a security deposit in the event of damage or loss. We can also also accept credit card payments using PayPal. Please note that an additional 3% fee is applicable for all credit card transactions. 

• Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

• If booking occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, the entire amount (deposit and remaining balance) is due along with the rental agreement.
